PREQUISITE TO COMMENCEMENT OF TRAINING

You MUST complete the PAR-Q (Pre Readiness Activity Questionnaire) which will include; Health/Medical Questions, Exercise History and previous injuries.

If you fail the PARQ we will need a signed Doctors referral letter prior to commencement of training.

If you have any other issues that might affect your exercising please consult your General Practitioner before commencing training with us and take a copy of your PARQ if you’ve done one.

CANCELLING OF SESSION AND LATE CANCELLATION WINDOW

For Personal Training, Weight Loss Coaching and Group Fitness Training

SESSION BOOKING

Clients are required to book all chosen sessions in advance, directly via our online booking system and Pay by using Pay fast. Clients can schedule their boot camp timing with our online scheduling system (calendly). Please note the session is only guaranteed once the trainer has confirmed your online appointment request and given you confirmation.

SESSION CANCELLATION

Clients cancelling a session will be charged the full rate if it falls within our late cancellation window which is 24 hours prior to appointment start time.

Cancellations resulting from personal, injury or illness are exempt from late penalties with proof of circumstances ONLY.

Cancellations MUST be emailed to inspiredfitchicks1@gmail.com or sent via WhatsApp 24 hours before the class in question.

If the cancellation falls short of the 24hours stipulated you will forfeit the class.

Each client is entitled to one cancellation per month.  Once you have paid for your package and booked your dates and times it is essential that you remain committed to this decision.  Consistency is key and you must ensure that the times and dates you have booked suit you sufficiently to ensure commitment on your part.  Our trainers prepare in advance for their sessions and are committed to your progress.

THE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING / BOOTCAMP

Class Booking

Customers are required to book all chosen classes via calendly upon the purchase date of their choice of package.  Packages cannot be deferred.

Any application for refunds must be made in writing stating the details of the refund requested.

Session Length

Sessions are one hour in length, and the hour begins at the scheduled meeting time unless otherwise stated.

REFUNDS AND COOL OFF PERIOD

You have the right to a cool-down period, our cool-down period is seven days from date of purchase. If you choose you no longer want the product purchased for whatever reason we will refund 100% of the purchase price providing it fits within the stipulated period stated above.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION

Fees are payable in advance by direct debit Or Pay Fast.

Should a direct debit be rejected the responsible member will be contacted and asked to settle the fee before the next direct debit run.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

Rights of packages purchased are not transferable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that she is capable of undergoing the normal routine of exercises provided by, and within, the programme or activity. 

The personal trainer reserves the right to decline access to sessions on grounds of the suspected poor health of a member. Members will be required if requested at their own cost to provide evidence from an appropriately qualified medical advisor’s that they are fit and capable of undertaking exercise programmes.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION

Fees are payable in advance by your chosen payment card Pay fast. You will be billed each calendar month until you cancel the membership.

If you would like to cancel your participation please note you are required to give 2 weeks’ notice (14 days)

Should a credit/debit card be rejected we will attempt to collect the payment the next day until payment is authorized up to 7 days, after this access to the training packages will be revoked.
