Cherine has been my trainer for almost two months, assisting me in recovering from a severe brain injury. She has exceeded my expectations with her skills, knowledge, patience, and motivation. In just three months, she has significantly improved my balance, enabled me to walk short distances without assistance, and enhanced my overall comfort and eyesight.
I started my health journey with Cherine in February, initially nervous about working with a trainer. Cherine immediately made me feel comfortable, understanding my needs and fears. After 5 months, I've lost 11kg, gained confidence, and self-awareness. She's like a second mom, coach, and emotional support, making training enjoyable and personalized.
Training with Cherine has been life-changing. She cares, motivates, and understands my needs, helping me improve physically and mentally. Her personalized workouts are safe and challenging. Cherine isn't just a trainer; she's a mentor and friend who transformed my body and mind, teaching self-care and perseverance. I highly recommend her.
In any weight loss program, calories are key. Burning more than we eat leads to fat loss.
We are often led to believe that calories are bad, In the diet culture, but our bodies need fuel to work properly. The secret to any diet is not to fear calories, but to learn how to consume them in a healthy and sensible way.
Weight loss essentially depends on the number of calories we eat versus the number we burn. You can lose weight just by changing your diet, even without exercise. But exercise is important because activities like doing home exercises burn more calories than on regular daily tasks. So, adjusting your diet helps, but adding exercise to your routine can really boost your results.
No one food alone causes weight gain or loss. Our bodies function best with a balanced diet that includes carbs, fibre, protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetable. Eliminating carbs might lead to short-term success, but it is not sustainable in the long run. To achieve effective weight loss, it is crucial to maintain a healthy balance and practice portion control.
