Building muscle is also the most effective way to gently boost your metabolism (which naturally slows in midlife) and truly support healthy weight management, especially during peri-menopause and menopause.
The beauty of in-home training is its flexibility and ease! We can often start with minimal equipment you may already have (like a mat). For effective training, we bring necessary portable tools like dumbbells and kettlebells. You do not need to convert your garage into a gym! We can also recommend affordable, space-saving items if you prefer to purchase your own.

However, to cover our travel costs, a service fee will apply for any location situated over a 10 km radius from our Durban North base.
